  2. 14 Apr 2025Stop-the-clockTransposition and the first application dates are postponed by one year.
  3. 18 Mar 2026Omnibus I in forceHigher thresholds, a single start date, no EU-wide civil liability regime.
  4. 26 Jul 2028Transposition deadlineMember States must have written the amended CSDDD into national law.
